Placer County Community Development Resource Agency is recruiting for the position of Building Inspector II. This position reviews building plans and conduct inspections of residential and commercial buildings under construction or being remodeled; to determine compliance of plans and of buildings under construction with applicable State and County codes and standards. This is the full journey level class within the Building Inspection series.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to those of a Building Inspector I in Placer County.
Training: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Additional specialized training in the building trades or construction technology is desirable.
