Description-
We are looking for an apartment on-site maintenance tech responsible for over 100 units and possibly/probably helping from time to time at other buildings within the area. Possible locations are in Carmichael.Private ownership. No management company.
Must Have——————-
- drivers license
- large vehicle capable to haul material(truck)
- able to be on call
- capable to drive to other locations in a 10 mile radius from time to time
- capable to lift 50lbs or more and bend and kneel
- capable to take directives from management
- knowledge of power tools- ladders-
- must have maintenance experience
Responsibilities————-
-respond to maintenance calls
-turn apartments in a timely fashion
- when on call -respond to situation
- work with property manager in a proper fashion on day to day objectives
- keep buildings grounds clean. Check pool chemicals
- represent property in a professional manner while communicating with tenants

-paint
-Sheetrock repair
- plumbing-install/repair. sinks-toilets- faucets-disposals
-carpentry- install/repair. trim-doors-cabinets
-electrical - install lights- plugs-switches- gfci
-appliances -install/repair
-grounds -clean-repair- sprinklers - fence repair- gutters-pressure wash-misc. Not responsible for weekly landscaping.
-water heater- install
-hvac knowledge is plus but not required
- plumbing leaks- ability to repair /reasonable backups
-roof leaks- ability to repair minor leaks
Pay———-
2 bedroom unit has a market value of over $10 an hour. Plus $20-23 an hour pay check based on experience.
