WeidnerCA is an employee-owned manufacturer of high-end custom signage and graphics that has been serving the western United States since 1955 and is currently accepting resumes for a lead painter. We are looking for someone to take over and run our very active paint department. We need an expert in laying down paint with a spray gun, someone who knows how to mix colors and someone who understands recordkeeping for environmental compliance.
We use high performance, two-component polyurethane coatings similar to automotive paint in composition and application. We have a large spray booth with about 800 square feet of floor area in which our painters operate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have sign or automotive painting experience.
Must have a good eye for color and the ability to mix paint to match color samples
Must be able to prep surfaces for paint including sanding, cleaning, and masking
Must be able to work in a spray booth with a respirator and use a spray gun
Will be required keep daily mixing and usage records for compliance reporting
Willingness to work extended shifts as needed.
