We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to perform day-to-day remodeling tasks and cooperate with our trades partners from start to finish, to build and remodel residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling of residential single family custom homes, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, takes pride in their skillsets, and has a desire to produce top quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Perform, and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines -Activities include but are not limited to demolition, rough framing, minor plumbing and electrical, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, and more.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations -Execute quality control checklists -self perform carpentry work for QC checklists, corrections, and more.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates via daily logs and progress photos to the project team and clients
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design plans for all trades performed in house and by trades partners.
- Utilize construction management software (Such as Buildertrend) to document daily performance.
- Implement cost control measures provided by the project manager to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Quality control, including self performing and assisting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, tile subs, and etc with laying of rough openings, fixtures, and finishes to assure the project scope is completed as a cohesive piece that resembles it's intended function and form.
-Be present during building inspections to answer questions to the best or your knowledge and assist the inspector with site access, make minor corrections given by building inspections, and reporting inspection results back to the project manager.
