We are a General Engineering Underground Wet Utility Contractor based in Lodi, CA with work throughout Northern California. We have an immediate opening and are seeking an underground wet utility construction junior estimator to join our company. You must be a motivated, self-starting multi-tasker, who has organization and time management skills:
Estimating work- doing takeoffs
Developing time lines for assigned projects
Facilitating the workload
Pulling permits
Participate in site meetings.
Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Soliciting new work
An ideal junior estimator candidate should have:
Experience in managing Construction Projects
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study (not required) or equivalent work experience
