We are looking to hire a Journeyman Plumber residential, commercial buildings and other structures according to construction plans. Responsible for ground, top out and finish plumbing. Run Gas, from start to finish, can complete material take off's.
To be successful this person will have knowledge of basic plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacement, and water heater trouble-shooting and replacement.
Applicants must be dependable, qualified plumber and pipe tradesmen to work locally and also be able to travel short distances. Have experience in re-piping, remodels, and new construction is preferred.
Be comfortable with working directly with homeowners, property managers, and contractors is mandatory.
Applicants must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Applicants must provide their own basic hand tools and power tools.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 + YEARS EXPERIENCE OR NEED NOT APPLY
Must be able to pass a background check
