We are looking for a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Installing all aspects of a residential heating and air-conditioning systems to the highest standards, code compliant and to constantly seek complete customer satisfaction.
- Install required modifications and code upgrades for a variety of local jurisdictions.
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the HVAC trade.
- Must have all necessary trade tools.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of gas furnaces, residential air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, duct-work installations, gas flue and electrical. With zoning, mini splits a big bonus.
- Must have working knowledge or understanding of the residential mechanical code-book.
- Must have complete understanding of using safety equipment & knowledge of working with most power tools
- Must have the ability to start up, balance and set up new systems program thermostats and after installation walk-through the new system with customers. Ability to braze also important.
- Must have clean DMV record

- Must be punctual & have the ability to maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle.
- Must have the ability to follow directions with minimal callbacks.
- Must have the desire to constantly learn and perfect his or her craft.
- Dress code and have a clean-cut appearance.
- Must have the ability to fill out job paperwork, order materials and schedule projects.
- Must have the ability to complete projects on time.
- Must possess good all-around customer service skills.
- Must be able to handle exposure to dust and dirt, including extreme temperatures at times.
