We are seeking an Experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team! Our Marine Service facility is known as one of the best in Sacramento for excellent workmanship & superior customer service. You will be working among the best mechanics in the business!
Self Motivated individual must have lots of Drive & Mechanical Aptitude!
Someone with experience in O/B, I/B & I/O Motors and Trailers is preferred!
Must be able to:
Perform inspections of vessels for repair & maintenance standards & procedures
Perform repair and maintenance work, as required, independently, with little to no guidance
Be willing to learn, take feedback & assist other Mechanics, as needed. We are a team!
Be able to understand & articulate mechanical issues orally and in writing with Service Staff
Uphold professional integrity, with Excellent Customer Service
Minimal Requirements:
Experience as a Mechanic using hand & power tools and grinders
Required to work directly on Boats and trailers using winches, and mechanical tools for repairs
Must be able to board vessels, go up/down ladders, lift/carry heavy items, bending/twisting to get in to tight areas for repairs
Handle exposure to all weather conditions, as work is performed primarily outdoors
Experience driving a Forklift, Towing & driving boats
Must have valid CA driver's license
