Experienced handyman or contractor needed with one or more of the following skills:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Electrical
Masonry
Remodeling of manufactured or stick built homes.
Main location is in Sacramento, CA
If you are able to travel to the various properties located in Vacaville, CA. Livermore, CA. or Reno, NV. that would be a plus.
If you are only able to work at one location, that will work too.
This is not an employment position, this is for independent contractors who want plenty of work.
If you do not have insurance, depending on your skills and experience an employment position may be offered.
State your compensation requirements. We are willing to pay by the hour or by the job. We would prefer to pay by the job but are open to either payment scenario.
