What We’re Looking For We are seeking an Epoxy Flooring Specialist with:
● 5+ years of hands-on experience in applying various epoxy and urethane coatings.
● Expertise in commercial concrete applications, including decorative and industrial coatings.
● A strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
● Excellent time management skills and a results-driven mindset.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations to crew members and maintain effective dialogue with management.
● Strong ability to train and mentor crew members to improve their speed, efficiency, and quality.
● Comfort and proficiency using smartphone apps and job management software.
● A detail-oriented mindset for completing required digital forms for each job.
● A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in every project.
● A willingness to relocate to Reno, NV (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates).
