KnightHawk Building Services is a construction company specializing in new home warranty repairs, including water intrusion investigation, restoration, drywall, paint, baseboards, flooring, windows, fiberglass and solid surface materials. We currently have approximately 50 employees. Our company is known for our high quality work and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Coordinate repairs needed to complete home warranty claims received from many different home builders in the area.
In this role, you will:
- Work full time in our Elk Grove office, with occasional opportunities to work from home.
- Receive work orders via email and phone.
- Estimate time needed to complete requested repairs.
- Communicate with clients to establish scope of work, set expectations, and schedule repairs.
- Occasionally visit job sites to help clients with scheduling and cost.
- Help maintain our safety program (prior experience not needed, will train).
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the new home construction industry, preferably in construction or customer service.
- Ability to communicate via phone calls, text messages, and email in a clear, concise, confident and friendly tone.
- Working knowledge of construction materials and tools.
- Desire to expand familiarity with multiple construction trades.
These additional skills are beneficial for this role, but prior experience is not required:
- Word processing and spreadsheet experience.
- Safety program experience.
- Sales experience to help grow the company.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $95,000 salary (based on experience) with room to grow, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, employer pays 50% of health insurance for employee, yearly bonus based on company performance.
