Looking to hire a concrete form setter who can set forms & transport materials to job site on their own lumber rack and truck. (will cover 20per day in fuel on top of pay rate as flat fee).
1. Must speak very good english and know what supplies to buy and take to the job site. (Save all receipts).
2. Be able to work an 8 hour day without complaining (unless it takes less time to set up the job).
3. Must be willing do a little bit of hard labor work as necessary to get the job done. (We will provide labors for larger projects of course).
4. Must understand elevations and be able to stay on site to instruct & direct the labors as their crew leader.
5. If you can finish concrete that's great too! Same pay rate but if we frame a job and pour a job in the same day. I will pay 380($100 extra bonus) rather than the normal 280$. which is ($35 X 8). Plus the daily gas flat rate of 20$
6. Must be on time for work and bring your own food and water.
7. If we pour concrete we must strip the forms the same day as a crew and take them away.
8. Must store forms at your home or a storage unit facility close by that we will rent.
9. Must care about quality. No rush jobs or crooked lines in the forming or concrete joints.
10. Must be available to work mornings/ afternoons / evenings 3-6 days per week as needed. Paid weekly. cash
