Maaco of Roseville, CA is seeking a qualified BODYSHOP ESTIMATOR/SALES/ASST MGR

With our "certified center" program now firmly in place we are doing more late model repairs than ever before while still making older vehicles look great. The perfect candidate will enjoy a fast paced environment and be able to accomplish a variety of tasks while at the same time providing great customer service. Must be able to work in a team environment where flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude are critical success factors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/DESCRIPTION

MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK

Treat customers with respect and courtesy, provide a fair and honest written estimate, and set reasonable expectations for our services using our 'Total Honest Communication' approach to assure customer satisfaction.

Interact with Trade and Insurance accounts to assure prompt and courteous service.

Maintain a professional and neat personal appearance.

Quality Control of vehicles before they are returned to the customer.

Function as a member of the MAACO team.

Follow-up on all telephone appointments, service appointments, and estimates promptly.

Deliver vehicles to assure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat sales.

Check in vehicles; ascertain paint formulas, and mark vehicles and repair orders clearly to assure accurate and complete communication with shop employees.

Order, track, and receive parts needed for repairs.

Maintain a clean and well-organized sales area.

MUST have current/valid Drivers License.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED - TRAINING IS PROVIDED

Salary/Bonus/Commission program for motivated individuals w/paid vacations, holidays and 401K as well as weekly pay checks.

Operating hours Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00
