Looking for a personal executive assistant for a TV show talent - If you have a college degree please specify your major.
This is a full time job, will include traveling with the Talent, your dories will include the following,
- Taking care of all pick ups and receiving deliveries for the talent.
- Corresponding with agents, appointments, necessary schedule conflict issues, travel plans, hotel reservation.
- Organizing full day schedule and meal ordering and making sure talent has what he needs.
- Organizing talents belongings, cloths, suitcases, buying cloths, ordering what he needs to his specifications exactly.
- Must be able to multitask and be very organized for this position.
- Must have a passport and be willing to travel for taping and filming within the U.S and other countries if necessary.
- All travel expenses, room and boarding, meals will be paid.
- This is a salary position. (full time job)
- Answering phones for the talent and providing necessary comfort and peace of mind that talents needs to perform his duties.
- If selected all the details will be provided including the show and talent information.
- Provide a headshot which has been taken within last 3 days of applying for this position.
- Provide contact email and number, on your resume.
- Provide a 5 word letter as to what makes you a perfect person for this job.
- Production hours run long and could be tiresome, please keep that in mind.
- You must have a drivers license and no tickets in the past 5 years.
- There will be a drug test and back ground check required.
- You must have no dependency on alcohol, drugs or cigarette.
- This is a non smoking position only.
- You must dress well and be representable at all times.
- Be able to take notes and remember duties as there will pile and must meet deadlines.
- Must be able to read scripts and pitch short one page presentation regarding the script or TV show concept.
- You must have a valid drivers license and insurance.
