Sacramento based software distributor seeking experienced software trainer for various POS software including Retail Pro and Quickbooks POS. Our solutions monitor inventory flow, sales and client tracking in a retail environment.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar job.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complicated technical information to any level of customer.
Should have the ability to build lesson plans and documentation for the "classroom feel".
Must be able to judge how well the customers are absorbing the material and adjust accordingly as well as follow-up and keep customers on track with their training lessons.
Retail experience is highly recommended. Report writing software experience a plus.
