We have one room available approximately 8x9. Currently there is a sink and cabinet, but we will work with you if you do not have your own amenities. Walls painted Drift of Mist White, new laminate flooring installed recently, water and scratch proof, and LED lighting recently installed. Make it your own space and paint the interior to your desire. This is an inside suite with a large glass window on the door to the common area. Our last tenant applied a beautiful wrap on the window to customize for his business (was removed). The common area was recently remodeled and is cleaned by landlord.
