We are looking for someone with extremely high energy, motivating, & passionate about fitness/health. You will need to be in good shape, and familiar with strength coaching kettle-bells, power lifting, and/or weightlifting.
Training experience required.
A Personal Trainer Certification or college degree in an exercise related field its preferred, but not required.
You will change people's lives in a fun filled and high energy environment.
Assist in…
…retention of clients and fulfillment of transformation programs through amazing client experience, personal training sessions, group sessions, nutritional coaching, and accountability by setting goals and tracking progress towards those goals on a weekly basis
…promotion of all internal offers (events, challenges, products, etc.) by announcing them with the intention of getting clients excited before AND after every session. Not done as an afterthought.
…acquiring new customers through targeted referral questions at both internal events and before and after workouts and through digital interactions on social media and texts.
…Keeping a spotless facility (training floor).
Requirements:
Must be high energy. Must not be selfish or self-centered. Must be a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must have sales aptitude (meaning not afraid to ask clients to do things). Must LOVE appreciating customers and giving them an amazing experience to actually retain them and keep them coming back. Must give EXCEPTIONAL service.
