We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves not only cutting and styling hair but also offering various aesthetic treatments that enhance the overall student experience. Instructors must be:
Knowledgeable and experiences in the field
Must have 3 year experience in the field .
Must behave passion to teach and dedicated .
Good work ethic
Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services demonstration
Perform hair coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading services
Offer deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to enhance relaxation and well-being.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with students through excellent customer service and communication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments.
Motivate students by demonstrating and actively involving students in classroom discussions
Teaching, mentoring students on the clinic floor and in the classroom
Preparation and presentation of all lesson plans for all assigned classes.
Monitor student attendance, maintain records cards, testing results, and student progress.
Advise students on attendance and issues in order to ensure successful completion of their course.
Proficient in barbering techniques with a strong portfolio of work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- school hours are from :Monday - Friday from 9:00am-5:30 pm
