Job Description:
Next Wave AI is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as AI Software Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our AI software to real estate professionals, primarily targeting realtors. Your main goal will be to introduce our technology to potential clients, highlight its benefits, and secure sales.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients within the real estate industry, focusing on realtors and real estate agencies.
Present Next Wave AI's AI software to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, virtual presentations, and networking events.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our AI software, demonstrating how it can enhance lead generation and streamline workflow for real estate professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies to effectively promote our AI software.
Meet sales targets and quotas, striving to exceed expectations and drive revenue growth for Next Wave AI.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Basic understanding of technology and an interest in artificial intelligence is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a bonus.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, offering the opportunity for uncapped earning potential based on sales performance. In addition to competitive commission rates, Sales Representatives may also be eligible for performance bonuses and incentives.
