Position: Outside Solar Sales Representative - 1099 Commission - Only
Product Sold: Solar Systems, Solar Batteries, Roofing.
Our Solar Sales Representatives are the best! You will canvass, set solar appointments, get the training and help to build your skill so you can be ready to get licensed and start closing solar deals. We have you back!
Who you are:
We’re looking for motivated reps who thrive on independence and require minimal supervision. If you've mastered outside sales and are simply seeking the freedom, team, prices, products, professional installers allowing you to focus on leads and sales to succeed, we’re the team for you.
What it's like:
- You are your boss, set your schedule!
- You will canvass and set leads.
- No Daily Meetings
- No Check ins
- No Sundays required
- Dedicated Project Managers handle your deals
- Average commission is $1500.00 per lead that converts to a sale!

Requirements:
- A reliable vehicle and gas for appointments. (no reimbursements)
- Previous experience 1 year + in commission-only jobs. (Not Required We are willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to learn and receive required licensing.
