About Us:
Small, scrappy team, fun environment, flexible hours, salespeople make $40-75/hr in commission. We’re a small residential gutter & window cleaning business that books business through door to door sales. It’s a small team of 3 salespeople - we're hiring 1-2 more people as we ramp up for the busy season.

You should be able to make $40-75/hour in commission as a typical productive sales rep once trained & productive (week 2)
ENJOYABLE job
We knock in comfortable suburbs with good weather & no heat.
Flexible schedule. Come out for a few hours whenever & book some jobs for the next couple days. I usually knock in early afternoon, our other salesperson usually knocks in late afternoon. We're both usually done within a few hours.
COMFORTABLE for sales/door to door
Homeowners are quite receptive compared to most door to door
They are often already thinking about having their windows cleaned
They have never had someone offer window cleaning door to door, they often know the neighbors we're working on, so they're pretty polite / receptive
We do a 10-20 jobs within a couple blocks, so the vibe is very much "just in the neighborhood and figured we'd stop by since we're taking care of the neighbors" rather than hard pitching sales.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Great job for someone with CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, RESTAURANT INDUSTRY SERVING/BARTENDING/HOSTING experience, COLLEGE STUDENTS, STAY AT HOME MOMS or someone who is generally good with people. If you have legit sales experience, you could probably crush it.
We are just ramping up for the busy season this year - here is a bit of info about the current team:
Our first sales rep is a waiter in the restaurant industry before this with no sales experience - he’s making $50-100/hr and is the sales manager for this season.
Our second sales rep worked in property management for about 10-20 years before this - she’s wanted more flexible hours and liked the idea of better work life balance and is making $40-80/hr working with us.
Our third sales rep is a UC Berkeley journalism recent grad doing this a few hours per day - great way to support yourself with a flexible schedule while in school. She started a few weeks ago and is making a $40-80/hr.

Our second sales rep is starting a Tai Kwan do coaching business and using this for extra money while moving her business forward - she was making $40-80/hr while having time & flexibility to work on her business.
Our third sales rep was a stay at home mom with very limited prior sales experience - she’s making $50-80/hr, able to help her household while still having plenty of time to spend with the kid.
Our fourth sales rep was a recent high school graduate with no prior sales experience making extra money over the summer - he was making $50-80/hr before moving away to go to college.
I was a software engineer before this. None of us had substantial sales experience.
We will give tons of support, coaching and training to help you succeed.
As long as you're friendly, you're persistent, you put the work in and you're coachable you should be able to succeed and hit the $40-80/hr target commission within 1-2 weeks.
