Position Details:
Compensation: $20 per hour plus expenses
Bonus: Earn an additional $10 for each individual who applies and is accepted into our free database
Commission: Receive 5% of the fees paid for any matchmaking services purchased by your recruits
Hours: Flexible, work up to 12 hours a week or as little as 2 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Attend designated venues and events to recruit potential clients
Suggest new venues and event ideas for recruitment
Engage with individuals to explain our services and encourage applications
Most recruiting will be done in the evenings

Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Recruiter at Kat Matchmaking. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for the paid Matchmaking Memberships and the Free Singles Database. This role requires an outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and remotely.
