Sales manager/Finance manager Responsibilities. Successful candidates possess the following:
Desire and ability to put the customer first! Excellent customer service focus

Bring your professionalism and work ethic every day (Business casual, not a suit environment)
Must be computer literate and possess great phone skills
Maintain and mine all assigned leads via email, phone, and other
Record all customer interaction-activity in the Company's customer database system
Demonstrate (test drive) new and used vehicles with customers
Maintain extensive product knowledge
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking the right questions and listening carefully
Assist customers with Financing and Delivery
Respond to questions and concerns
Maintain world class customer service throughout the process
Attend all scheduled sales meetings
You must have a good driving record and be insurable (current DMV report required)
