Job Overview:
The main components of this position are to provide outstanding customer service, keep the front of the store clean, tidy, and approachable, handle all POS sales, returns, repair tickets, and orders smoothly and with accuracy. Along with these tasks, you will be talking with customers to direct them to the appropriate person or aisle and be efficient in all aspects of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon entering the store and approaching the registers
Keep front of store clean and organized
Become an expert at the POS System
Create add-on sales
Accurately enter customers into the rewards program and explain the benefits of joining
Maintain confidentiality of all customers personal information
Perform other tasks from time to time as assigned
Take pride in self and position
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this job
Create customer connections to help welcome them back for their next project

Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally, as it is requested by customers to load and unload customer purchases and to stock the store as needed

Specific vision abilities required by this position include, but are not limited to, depth perception, color vision, close and far vision, and the ability to adjust focus where needed

Performance will be evaluated over time through a multitude of factors. These will include, but are not limited to: Sales, Effort, Timeliness, Work Ethic, Attention to Detail, Attitude, Accuracy.
