Onsite Apartment Manager – Sacramento
We are seeking a responsible and friendly Onsite Manager for an apartment community in Sacramento.
Responsibilities include:
Being a point of contact for residents & providing feedback to Property Manager
Light cleaning
Carrying emergency phone
This is a part-time role with flexible hours. Compensation includes a rent discount and hourly compensation for duties performed. (12 hours per month)
Requirements: Applicant MUST live at the property and MUST qualify for the unit.
To qualify: Must make 2.5x the discounted manager rent, credit score of 650+, and good rental history.
If you have handyman experience there may be additional opportunities to earn more money
