Job Title: On-Site Key Manager + Property assistant. Must live on site.
Location: Sacramento , CA on Ethan Way.

We are a mixed real estate portfolio from single family homes to apartment complexes spread across the Sacramento region. . We are seeking a diligent and personable On-Site Key Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of one of our 22 unit properties near the Arden Fair Mall and assist with leasing and miscellaneous duties as needed at some of our other properties.
Position Overview:
As an On-Site Key Manager, you will be the face of management at this complex, responsible for multiple key operations and ensuring the security and satisfaction of our residents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all tenants while overseeing access, maintenance, showings, general clean up and other miscellaneous duties on site. You can also work part time for the main office showing vacant units, messaging potential clients via Zillow and scheduling appointments, posting notices, running errands, clerical work etc.
Desired qualifications:
Background in property management a plus but not required
Customer service experience
Office experience desirable
Experience in maintenance or construction a bonus
Students or experience in general business, accounting, marketing or similar welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing: provide access and show available units to prospective tenants. Hand out applications and answer basic questions. Perform move in/out inspections. Messaging and booking showings via Zillow.
Maintenance: Take in repair requests, facilitate access with vendors to make repairs on units and in common areas.
Other duties: Occasionally walk the property picking up trash and debris, report possible problems to the main office, post notices as required, engage in positive tenant relations, collect and deliver rent checks, and other duties as needed.
Pay: Free housing for a minimum of 12.5hrs a week + wages thereafter, $100 phone stipend. Mileage for needed driving.
