Who We're Looking For:
-We’re seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who:
-Has proven experience working inbound leads and converting them into closings
-Is self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results
-Understands the science of sales and the power of follow-up
-Follows scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines with care and consistency
-Is focused on delivering ethical, relationship-based service — not just chasing a check
-Has a positive attitude, growth mindset, and takes ownership of their success
-Wants to become part of a tight-knit team that works hard and celebrates wins together
Role Responsibilities:
-Contact, follow up, and qualify warm buyer & refinance leads
-Maintain communication using our CRM and workflows
-Take 1003 via Arrive LOS, gather upfront docs, warm handoff to Loan Processor
-Maintain and service our in-house Real Estate Division
-Uphold compliance with DRE/NMLS/CFPB and company standards
-Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Minimum Requirements:
-Active CA NMLS + DRE License (At this time we are NOT DFPI)
-Previous loan origination experience preferred (1+ years ideal)
-Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
-Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
-Willing to dedicate consistent time to manage leads and participate in optional team trainings or strategy sessions.
-Willingness to grow within a startup environment
