We are looking for Personal Assistant to the Company Manager. PA provides administrative support, communications, and daily operations, and develops efficient documentation. This role involves planning, project management, and collaboration with various parties. PA qualifys and generates leads by analyzing and negotiating contracts. PA is a highly trusted professional who supports Manager in administrative, marketing and selling tasks.

Requirements and skills:
At least 2 years of experience in real estate as an escrow officer, real estate agent, etc.
Analytic skills, skills in creating and working with data bases
Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications (CRM, Word, Excel)
Experience with sales tools and software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
Persistent and results-oriented
Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
