What you bring:
Minimum 2 years experience in Apartment Leasing, or relative.
Minimum 2 years experience with affordable housing programs which must include LIHTC.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be familiar with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
Bilingual candidates are in high demand!
Full time 8am-5pm at a Sacramento multifamily site.
