Project Management, Inc., was founded in 1972 to serve owners, investors and renters in the Greater Sacramento area. We are a medium sized property management company with close to 3,000 units now! We are privately owned and work closely with each other in our aspirations for mutual success! Since opening for business, we have become the preferred management team for numerous clients both local and non-local. We are expanding into new markets outside of Sacramento. Our extensive experience allows us to get clients the results they want and need. We specialize in value add services including renovation of apartment units, navigating extensive capital improvements and we have a systematic approach to building maintenance! We have a team of thirty guys ranging in skill sets. Because of their hard work over the last 5 years we have grown over fifty percent! We are hoping to add a few more talented passionate individuals to our ranks to keep up with our growing business.We support our crews with a healthy diverse work load that is supported by a strong vendor network. What You'll Do:
You'll be assigned a few small apartment communities. Ranging in size from 4-60 units. You will be charged with reviewing tenant maintenance requests daily. You will perform the site's safety inspection daily and make a list of tasks to follow up with internally with your property managers for the physical care of the building. You will periodically coordinate with our service contractors in pest, landscaping and pool. You will average roughly 2-3 vacant unit turnovers a month. These turns will be supported with vendors including painting, flooring and cleaning. We want your contributions in the kitchen and bathroom. We are looking for techs with experience in plumbing. We typically are replacing fixtures,hardware and misc items in these turns. A lot of our sites are older in the 1970s and 1980's vintage. Our clients are having us do upgrades in these units that makes a difference in the quality of tenants that they attract! We are excited with the number of projects and unique delivery that we provide. We have a unique opportunity to keep growing and need help!
What You'll Bring:
-2 plus years’ experience in building maintenance
-Ability to Navigate Google Calendar and other apps on your phone for building maintenance
-Passion to deliver the best product and results possible

The hourly range for this position is $19-25 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to Special Rate Codes for value add projects and opportunities for overtime.
