Position Summary
This part-time position located at our 81-space RV park in Loomis, CA, will be the weekend relief for the onsite manager, and evening facilities lock up at the RV park, and assist RVers with their stay in the park. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service and strong organizational skills, and have a friendly, helpful disposition when interacting with residents and prospective residents and guests.

Position Performance Objectives
Reception of park phone calls, respond to resident inquiries and email communications, and assist with inquiries from residents, prospective buyers/renters, and any other "visiting" person(s).
Collect payments and post to Rent Manager.
Accept Applications for Residency and process Rental Applications.
Collect, open, route Saturday mail.
Create Service Tickets.
File paper documents and/or scan and save documents to Rent Manager.
Monitor pool use, monitor and maintain restrooms and laundry room.
Lock up of restrooms, laundry room and pool on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Other duties as assigned by the community manager and/or regional manager.

Physical Requirements
Has the ability to work at the RV park office in front of a computer screen/typing approximately 60% of a typical working day.
Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds.
Experience requirements
High school or GED equivalent, required
Prior work experience, required
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour DOE
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm; Friday 5 pm to 8 pm
