We are seeking a highly skilled admin tech with expertise in construction/ purchasing/ proficient in securing the best prices while ensuring multiple projects stay on schedule and under budget. Must excel in working with diverse personalities and possess a deep understanding of materials essential for seamless sheet metal and mechanical project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Parts Purchasing for multiple ongoing projects
- Schedule and manage service calls
- Great customer service/phone skills
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records and generate reports
- Help maintain reports to field supers, and CEO
- Able to help run the office
Requirements:
-Purchasing agent experience and Inventory programs
- A/P, processing PO's and RFI's
- Extensive experience working with QuickBooks and proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment that can be stressful

Position Requirements
3+ years of previous purchasing agent experience
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must have Inventory Knowledge
Extensive Knowledge of PO creation and tracking
Quickbooks Online
Must be able to pass background and drug testing
