ProActive Acupuncture is looking to hire a part time receptionist. Applicant must have a general appreciation for health and wellness. They must have strong customer service skills, be detail oriented, have a willingness to learn and grow within the position, work in a team environment, comfortable multitasking, and be responsible and accountable.
Reception duties may include: answering phones and voice mails, scheduling patients, verifying medical insurances, creating patient charts and assisting in the billing department etc.
Applicant must be available Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 2pm. They will be paid for 16 hours per week end. Hourly wage, beginning rate may vary depending on work experience.
