We are seeking a organized Office Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage various administrative tasks .
Hours are 8-5 Monday- Friday . Casual office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage office operations, writing job orders ,invoicing and answering phones.
-Assist with correspondence and communication with clients.
-Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
-Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
-Handle data entry in our client records, and prepare reports as needed.
-Some bookkeeping knowledge a plus.
-Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
