Commercial building maintenance firm seeking individual to be part of our office admin team and coordinate scheduling, knowledgeable in QuickBooks a must, Contractor edition is a plus; A/P, A/R, and time record inputting; needs to have a pleasant, inviting phone manner; the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is helpful. This position needs to be able to schedule customers and coordinate technicians; an individual who can work as a team player, one-on-one, and solo would be a perfect fit; must be organized; ability to take verbal direction over the phone and follow through quickly is essential; ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly, effectively, and efficiently are needed; bilingual in English and Spanish helpful. Excellent daily attendance and timeliness are essential for this Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. position.
