Non-Profit Admin Assistant with basic bookkeeping experience

Our established private non-profit is seeking an administrative assistant to support our corporate team and two office locations.

Primary traits that make an ideal candidate:

- Genuine interest in being part of an organization and in an environment that serves the underprivileged (Individuals with mental disabilities and homeless population)

- Willingness to be coached, ask questions and work independently

Job Summary: To support the objectives and deadlines of the corporate office through timely and accurate reporting, account manager interaction, company correspondence and behind-the-scenes processing of client support functions while adhering to our Commitments: Service, Communication, Integrity and Teamwork.

The position requirements include: IT savvy, above-average Microsoft Business Suite of products knowledge (specifically Excel), keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication (business professional emails), and the ability to jump from one task to another in a fast paced office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
