Job Title: Outbound Assistant – Physician Services

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, professional Outbound Assistant to support our physicians during med-legal examinations and depositions. This role involves traveling to contracted facilities, preparing the site for the day’s appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for physicians, patients, and other participants. You’ll start and end most days at our Sacramento corporate office, picking up and returning necessary supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to assigned locations and open/close facilities.
Greet and check in physicians, lawyers, patients, interpreters, and court reporters.
Take patient vitals and measurements (blood pressure, range of motion, Jamar grip test).
Assist physicians as requested during examinations.
Administer and collect required paperwork and written tests.
Maintain professional communication with physicians, attorneys, examinees, interpreters, clinic staff, and AES personnel.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with patient care, including taking vitals; EKG experience a plus.
Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong attendance and reliability record.

As an Outbound Assistant, you'll travel to contracted facilities, assist physicians on-site, and ensure the smooth operation of each appointment. This includes preparing paperwork, taking vitals, and maintaining effective communication with all parties involved.

Assist physicians as needed during exams or depositions

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care
Ability to take and record vital signs
EKG knowledge a plus
Strong attendance and reliability
Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
