Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
