Our busy construction company is seeking an organized problem-solver to join our team as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with full-charge bookkeeping, in the construction industry. They will help our team ensure budgets, timelines, and job costs are accurate and oversee all financial transactions for the company, including accounts payable and receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, including filing state sales tax.
Greet Walk in Guests at Showroom
Must be proficient in Quickbooks
Must be familiar with Progress Invoices
Must be familiar with Lien Releases
This is not a remote position & will require set office hours.
