Responsibilities:
Rental is currently looking for an Administrative Associate in Dixon, CA Major responsibilities includes the following:
Provides various administrative and /or clerical support such as filing, scanning, data entry, answering and directing calls etc.
Provide sales support to and take direction by the Global Account Manager
Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates.
Provides assistance to management team as needed.
Primary duties include but not limited to:
Customer service
Rental agreement entry
Transportation / Drive away
Process purchase orders
Inventory management under the direction of Account Managers
License and registration distribution
Process bill backs
Mileage reporting
All other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
High School Diploma, and Skills Required
Current Valid Drivers License
PC Skills using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
