American River Ag, located in El Dorado Hills, CA, is seeking a qualified Data Clerk/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must be an organized self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks. A minimum of 2 years professional experience preferred.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
· Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel and spreadsheet skills; 10 key by touch
· Experience with Quick Books
· Ability and willingness to learn proprietary software
· Accountability and integrity; friendly, professional demeanor; ability to get along with people; team player
· Have a good work ethic; excellent attendance is required
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Determine job priorities to achieve highest efficiency
· Must have the ability to multi-task as this is a very busy office
· Run errands as needed
· Data entry and verification of contracts
· Enter and code invoices according to expense accounts and job
· Assist with general administrative duties as necessary such as answering or routing phone calls and other duties as assigned.
· Valid CA Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
· Authorized to work in the United States
