General Contractors seeking an Office Manager to fulfill a broad range of administrative functions. The right candidate will be a motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Location will consist of working at our office in Lincoln.
Schedule Pay, Bi-Weekly
Full-time opportunities, Monday - Friday
Competitive wage - Negotiable depending on experience.
Benefits: TBD, based on a probationary period 90 days.
Duties:
Certified payroll
Photocopy, scan, sort and file (hardcopy) and digital files.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements for all employees (Flight/Hotel/Car)
Assist project managers and foreman with occasional job-related tasks
Some additional data entry
Banking and postal errands if necessary
Insurance Certificates and W-9 Bonds
licensing ETC.
Organization
Safety Program File Management
Project completion/closeout documents
Desired Qualifications:
Has work for a contractor in government or public works contracts with knowledge of bid package submission.
Proficient at using Procore, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Power point, and Internet Browsers. Has the ability to learn new programs as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Self-motivated, ability to work independently
