The bigger the dream, the more important the team. Personal Support staff working at Options have the honor of helping consumers identify and realize dreams. Personal Support staff provide direct service and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. Personal Support Staff also serve as personal attendants when needed assisting with activities of daily living.
A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
+Housekeeping and cooking
+Providing Transportation
+Medication Assistance (training provided)
+Personal Care: toileting, feeding, bathing, transfer assistance (training provided)
Schedule/Shift Types:
+We have many weekend shifts available! We'd love to find the schedule that is right for you. Working on weekends has its own unique perks. It works well with a school schedule AND could be an excellent 2nd job.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST. HERE IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE:
-High school diploma or GED
-Driver License
-Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
-Drug test and Fingerprint/ Background check clearance (We pay!)
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
-Have a CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get one)
