WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Under Supervision of Shop Manager)
Injection Molds and Tooling.
Program CNC mill using GibbsCAM
Operate CNC and conventional milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, wire EDM, etc
Plan and layout operations to construct, alter and repair a wide variety of complicated tools, fixtures and dies.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
Metal \ Plastic Work
Injection Molds
Tool Repair
5 years CNC experience
GibbsCAM programming software experience preferable
Ability to make G and M code edits on the CNC machine
Wire EDM Machine experience a plus
REQUIREMENTS
Must work well in a team environment as well as independently
Able to stand for 10 hours a shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs., and load/unload items
Have good vision and pay close attention to detail
Full understanding of tight tolerances and measurement of machined parts
Must be able to follow all safety rules
Able to follow detailed instructions
Able to be organized and detail oriented
Able to effectively communicate
