Roseville manufacturing company has openings for experienced Forklift Drivers to work with our forklift team and upgrade our inventory storage and loading capabilities.
Duties:
Drive gasoline/diesel, propane forklifts, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move palletized products to and from production lines and onto and off of semi trailers, flatbeds and other vehicles without damage
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Responsible for accurately filling out inventory and shipping paperwork and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
Completes applicable routine forklift inspections
Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have two years of safe and efficient certified forklift driving experience in a high volume, large scale shipping and storage environment
Must be able to manually lift up to 50 lbs., as needed
Must be to pass an onsite forklift test
Must be able to read and write in English
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment
Must be able to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
Work Hours:
Work hours are: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Other:
Drivers must be self-starters, be extremely safety conscious, and have high energy
Our inventory is stored outside so this position mainly works outside. Drivers must be able to work in an outside environment.
