We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with 8+ years of experience in a cabinet shop. The ideal candidate will proficiently set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality cabinetry components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for custom cabinetry parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and a clean work area.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality and break times.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a cabinet shop.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
