Designer/Estimator - Roof and Exterior CAD Specialist

Job Description:
The Designer/Estimator will be responsible for performing all roof and exterior take-offs using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and estimation within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate roof and exterior take-offs using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to provide detailed estimates.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare comprehensive material lists and cost estimates.
Ensure all designs meet company standards and client specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with AutoCAD.
At least 3 years of experience in take-offs or estimating.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PlanSwift or Bluebeam Revu.
Familiarity with siding, trim, roof, and hardware take-offs.
Knowledge of framing design.
Experience in truss design.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
