Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in understanding product offerings and financing options.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Maintain accurate customer records and manage data entry in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
