National Law Firm with Boutique Rancho Cordova location seeks a JD graduate who will take or just took a bar exam to perform legal assistant duties while learning to be an attorney while waiting for your results.
Upon passing the bar, you will be offered an associate attorney position allowed to grow the area of practice you desire. We encourage applicants who want to focus on the practice areas of Business Law / Franchise Law; Intellectual Property, or Wills & Trusts law. We are a no litigation / no court room law firm. Outstanding writing/research skills and extremely high moral standards required. Experience in the above areas or business is a plus.
Please send a cover letter, resume, and a writing sample. As an attorney this will turn into a high percentage collected from your book of business, with a small base salary. The firm will assist in advertising and support the attorney, in the practice area of their choice, once an attorney.
