Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of trust and probate administration.
- Engage with clients, trustees, and family members.
- Facilitate communication with beneficiaries.
- Craft correspondence and legal documents.
- Prepare deeds, asset spreadsheets, and probate pleadings.
- Review bank statements.
- Notarize documents.
- Maintain and organize client files efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years (preferably 3-5 years) of robust experience in trust and estate assistant/paralegal roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Highly proactive, dependable, and supremely organized.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills, including at least an intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Superior proofreading skills with a talent for clear and concise communication.
